The hotel's location was very central. During breakfast, there was a great view of the Forbidden Palace's rooftops from the large terrace. the Cantonese style restaurant and wine list were excellent. the rooms had all modern design accents, like the Nespresso machine, Bose speakers, and spacious bathroom with Dyptique products. the staff was super friendly, and the service was top-notch. the digital detox massage at the spa was amazing and so relaxing, definitely worth it!
The bed was uncomfortable because there were no soft cushions or duvet on top of the mattress.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the central location, with an amazing view of a famous landmark from the terrace, modern and tasteful room design that included Nespresso, Bose speakers, and Dyptique bathroom products, and the excellent service provided by the staff. We loved the digital detox massage at the spa and the quality wine list too. The indoor breakfast was also pretty good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were tastefully decorated with high, end amenities such as Bose speakers, crystal glasses, and a Nespresso machine. the bathroom was spacious and had Dyptique products. the Spa Centre was top, notch, and I enjoyed a fantastic massage.
My only minor issue was the uncomfortable bed. the mattress lacked soft cushions and a duvet, which I expected from a luxury hotel of this caliber.

The room was beautifully decorated with Asian accents and modern amenities, such as Nespresso and Bose speakers. The bathroom was spacious and came with luxurious Dyptique products. the spa provided an amazing digital detox massage and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The bed was uncomfortably firm as it lacked a soft duvet and cushions on top of the mattress. , the price was much higher compared to other five-star hotels in the area, making this issue unacceptable.

Great location near many attractions and shopping areas. the view of the city from the terrace was amazing, especially at night. the spa service was remarkable; it was one of the best massages I've ever received.
The bed is uncomfortable and lack the softness you would expect in a luxury hotel. I had a tough time sleeping at night because of the uncomfortable bed.
